Hippo Blue has reserved the rights that any terms and conditions may be changed at anytime at our sole discretion. The latest version of the terms and conditions is the version that the business will be governed by at its point in time, and supresedes all past versions.
The Hippo Blue Club/Online Account
When signing up as a new customer to the Hippo Blue Club, you are prompted to make an online account. When creating a new account you are asked for your first name, last name and email address, you also enter and create your own private password. Only 1 email address can be used per account. When is first created your account and email address is automatically added to Hippo Blue's newsletter list. You can opt out of the newsletter club at any time by logging into your account, going to 'My account' and going through to the tab named 'Newsletter', to opt out untick the tick box that says 'General subscription'.
All terms and conditions are in relation to Hippo Blue services. By carefully reading these terms and conditions you are agreeing to abide by these rules set for the visiting and browsing purposes of the website by Hippo Blue. If you do not agree with any of the terms and conditions you are prohibited from browsing or accessing the website www.HippoBlue.com.au. If you are currently browsing the website please close it immediately, as any use means you are agreeing and will abide by any of the rules that have been set to govern our site.
The Hippo Blue website contains material that is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, although is not limited to, the website layout/appearance, look, designs, graphics and logos. The downloading of any of the material, modifications or reproduction of site material is prohibited, unless given permission by Hippo Blue and given our express written consent.

Other than as specified expressly in these terms and conditions we will not be liable for any loss or damage (including indirect or consequential loss or damage) however caused which may be suffered or incurred or which may arise directly or indirectly in respect of the use by you of Hippo Blue service or Hippo Blue website except to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded by law.

Your Hippo Blue Account
To create a Hippo Blue account you must be atleast 13 years of age. By creating a account with our store, you will gain benefits to our promos and sales whilst being able to navigate through our checkout process much faster. Information needed to create an account starts with your name (username), certain information about yourself and a password for account protection. Information given to us is strict to our policy on security and privacy. You as the account holder are responsible for keeping the confindentiality of your username and password and that only you may use the account, as only one person per account is permitted. You have agreed that you are solely and fully responsible for any activities or actions made under the account. If any unauthorized use of your account has been made you must immediately notify Hippo Blue and we will search into the matter with your co-operation.
Policy on Ideas & Suggestions Submissions
When a customer has interest in improvements or submits ideas or suggestions for products and services to be used, Hippo Blue becomes the owner of this intellectual property as soon as these interests are submitted. Hippo Blue does appreciate and very much encourages customers to give us ideas and suggestions on improvements to the website, products or services. Although if you intend to use your intellectual property for your own use, it is recommended that you do not submit your idea or suggestion.

Delivery & Dispatch
Hippo Blue dispatches its orders from Melbourne, Victoria. Your order will be manufactured and dispatched within 1-6 businessdays once your order has been placed and payment has been processed. You can upgrade your order to our AusPost Express shipping service which is fully trackable with a lead time of 1-2 days, depending on where the order is being shipped to e.g. Rural areas of Australia will take longer. Our site is set up to process orders as soon as they have been placed then immediately sent off for manufacturing, therefore we cannot make any changes or cancel your order after it has been submitted and processed. All Hippo Blues shipping is done through Australia Post. For more details on the delivery guarantee's and details refer to the Australia Post website www.auspost.com.au.
Pricing, Returns & Refund Policies
All advertised prices are inclusive of GST. Prices of products and services are subject to change at any time and without prior notice.
Here at Hippo Blue our main focus is customer satisfaction. We have a 100% quality guarantee, if any of our products are not working as they have been explained in our instructions and product details, you have a 30 day grace period (from receiving item). In this grace period you may return the item for either a full refund, replacement or repair.
In the case of a faulty product/s, a quality inspection by us may be required. If you have a faulty item or are not happy with your product, please start of by emailing our Customer Service Team at email@example.com . If we require further inspection of a product or you are not 100% satisfied with your product, we may ask for the product to be returned to us within the 30 day grace period.
On the agreement that a refund is to take part, your refund should be completed within the next business day from the agreed refund date and deposited back into your account of which the original payment was made. All returns are to be made on a case by casse basis whether the cost for return will be covered by Hippo Blue or the customer. See below PO Box for our returns address.
In circumstances where customers are not eligible for a refund: A replacement can not occur due to a spelling (typing) errors by the customer, which has been signed off (via the checkbox) by the customer. Once the check box for spelling has been "ticked", it becomes the responsibility of the customer to make sure the spelling on their personalised products are correct. Once the box has been checked, even if a spelling mistake seems apparent, Hippo Blue will not be held accountable for not fixing spelling mistakes made by the customer. After thorough inspection Hippo Blue will not refund or replace items that seem to be defected by the results of ordinary wear and tear or abnormal use (product used against instructions), or if a customer has simply changed their mind.
