  • All prices advertised on our website are in AUD and are inclusive of GST.

  • Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

Returns and Refund Policy

As all our products are created and personalised especially for you, we do have a strict Returns and Refund Policy. The only circumstance a return or refund is considered if there is a fault in product. We believe in the quality of our products so much so that we have a 100% quality guarantee on them. For details, please see below.  

 

1. Terms for consideration:

It is at Hippo Blue’s discretion to deem a product eligible for a Return, Replacement, Refund (Cash or Store Credit) or not eligible.  

1.1 To be eligible for consideration
You confirm that the product:

(a) Is faulty;

(b) Was purchased within a 30 day period (this excludes Bags, which have a lifetime quality guarantee*);

(c) Has been handled as instructed by Hippo Blue’s instructions and care labels.

1.2 Not eligible for consideration

(a) If the above 1.1 clause has not been met

(b) Return is motivated by a change of mind

(c) Fault has occurred due to wear and tear

(d) An error made in relation to any part of the personalisation (spelling, wrong design) process of the product that was not made in error by Hippo Blue.

 

Process of return:

If the above Terms for Consideration are met, please follow the steps below:

  • Take two clear photos: one of overall product, and another with a close-up of the fault

  • Send photo, a short description of the fault and your order number to customerservice@hippoblue.com.au

Please note:

Once your order has been passed on to Australia Post or any other delivery service, Hippo Blue is not responsible for any delays the order may incur during the delivery period.

A refund will not be honoured if the delivery of the order is delayed while it is with Australia Post or any other delivery service, or if an incomplete or incorrect address was provided to Hippo Blue.
