When the first letter you want to claim your free name labels for appears, follow the prompts to sign up. Once signed up, you will receive an email with your coupon code. Open the email with your coupon code, click on the link and start creating your labels. Apply your coupon code at checkout. The more times you sign up, the more packs you can redeem!

You will receive 32 of our personalised standard name stickers across 2 sheets. The label dimensions are: 48mm (wide) x 22mm (high). Hippo Blue's labels are waterproof, dishwasher resistant (top shelf only), microwave safe, freezer safe, sterilizer safe and scratch resistant.

As many as you like! You can place an order for your kids, nieces, nephews, grandchildren, family, friends, students or even yourself! The more times you register, the more label packs you can redeem! If you wish to purchase multiple packs, please note your coupon code will only apply to one pack per order. Each extra individual pack per order will be charged at the full price of $12.

Your name day labels are gifted however we do ask our customers to cover a reasonable postage & handling fee of $3.99.

The total value of the promotion is $17. This includes the RRP of the name label pack ($12) plus our standard postage and handling fee of $5. You get all this for $3.99!

The discounted postage and handling fee of $3.99 will be factored into the discount field at the bottom of the page. The total discount is broken down as follows for the $13.01. Name day pack is $12 + Standard Shipping discount of $1.01 = $13.01.

Please kindly note we have character limits and restrictions on our labels to make sure the manufacture of your personalised goodies is as swift as possible. We allow 15 characters on Text Line 1 and 16 characters on Text Line 2. This character limit includes spaces and basic punctuation. Personalisation is restricted to the standard A-Z alphabet and numbers. Sadly, we cannot accept special characters, accents or emojis. If the personalization is within the above- mentioned restrictions, and you are still having trouble adding your label pack to the cart please try the following:

Once you have checked the box confirming all details are correct at checkout and received an order confirmation from us, the manufacturing process has begun, and we are unable to make any changes to your order or the personalisation chosen. Should you notice a spelling error in your order confirmation, we kindly request you contact us immediately in order to have this resolved. As there are many kinds of spelling variations for names, it is impossible for us to know if the personalisation provided to us is correct and your order will be created as normal. Unfortunately, once your order has left our warehouse, we are unable to amend any errors. To avoid disappointment, please kindly double check before submitting your order and be sure to review your confirmation. If you need to make a change to your shipping address, please let us know as soon as possible as we would be happy to update this for you if your order is still with us. Once this leaves our warehouse, changes to your address may not be made.

As you can appreciate, we manufacture every item just for you with your desired personalisation. This means we are unable to accept product returns or exchanges on a change of mind basis.
